Community Room Rental
Instructions: Please print, sign and return the rental contract with your initial payment in order to reserve the Lee Graham Community Room. Make checks payable to Lee Graham Corporation.
The Licensee personally guarantees payment of all fees. Licensee agrees to be present for the entire event. The Licensee agrees to release Lee-Graham Corporation from any liability associated with Licensee's use of the facility, particularly with regard to the serving of alcohol by Licensee. Use of other equipment must be approved in advance. Candles are prohibited.
Rules: Please note that the use of the room is limited to preteen to adult functions. Only members may make a reservation. The member must attend the event. Alcohol with prior Board permission only. Leave area used as clean as you find it. Access limited to space stated in contract. Prior permission from the corporate administrator must be obtained for rental equipment to be brought in and Licensee must insure its removal by expiration time of contract. Specify set up.
Smoking is prohibited in the: Community Use Room, the bathhouse, the upper deck and the lower patio.
Fees: Initial payment is half of total fees (exclusive of deposit), deposit/initial payment. Damage deposit due 5 days before use. Cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance results in forfeiture of initial payment. Full estimated payment and deposit due 2 weeks in advance.
Party Fees: $200 (for 3 hours), and $100 damage deposit
This includes any group of over 10 people or any group that serves food and drink or needs access to the kitchen. Maximum 50 people during normal pool hours; maximum 100 people for evenings/off season. May book up to 2 months in advance. Your time starts from the time you are let in until your last guest has left. Please allow sufficient time after your guests have left for adequate clean up. Please note that if you wish to use the pool during your time in the party room; additional fees will be assessed and prior approval is required

CLEAN-UP: After the event you are responsible for clean-up which includes emptying the trash, cleaning the bathrooms and washing the floors if necessary. A fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the area is not cleaned.
